Natural treatment options for fibromyalgia pain

Do you suffer from widespread fibromyalgia pain?

Pain that has a life of its own?

Pain that moves seemingly randomly?

Plagued by severe fatigue and recurring migraines?

This is what it’s like to suffer from fibromyalgia. Its symptoms make every day life incredibly difficult and mundane, daily tasks nearly impossible.

Fibromyalgia is characterized by chronic widespread pain I muscles and tissues rather than inflammation of the joints, muscles, and tissues. It is often accompanied by fatigue, migraines, mood disturbances, and irregular sleep.

How can acupuncture help?

Acupuncture is widely known to be a safe and effective treatment for many health concerns, including pain management and fatigue. Acupuncture can help to reduce inflammation, increase blood flow to tissues, improve nerve function, and boost energy.

In a recent study looking at acupuncture and fibromyalgia, found that acupuncture compared to control group was effective at relieving pain and improving quality of life for fibromyalgia patients. This study also looked at if there was a difference in effectiveness of acupuncture, electroacupuncture or sham/no-acupuncture control group of reducing pain. Researchers also found that either acupuncture or electroacupuncture were better than sham acupuncture in relieving pain.

If you suffer from fibromyalgia, there is hope for pain relief and living your best life!
