Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days from date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to physical products, teas, books, and supplements. Supplements must be unopened and returned within 15 days for refund. Treatment packages and visits are nonrefundable and visits must be used within 60 days when package expires.
To complete your return for physical products, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may also bring your item to the office.

3. Fill in the Message field with your Order Number
4. You will be contacted within 2 business days
In order to process your return, we require unused portions be returned to the address below.

Include your full name and order number with your return to help expedite the process. Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will be contacted once we have processed the refund.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. After your return has been processed funds can take upwards of 10 business days to post to your account. This timeframe is an estimate as once we have processed your return it is up to your financial institution timeframe to post your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For prescription supplements and tea blends. If you have an adverse reaction to the product, you must notify us immediately, in writing or verbal. You maybe refunded the cost of the product and if indicated an exchange of products maybe given.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Teas, tinctures, and supplements, once opened are not able to be returned.
Services packages, and items within the package, can be refunded within 15 days of purchase and service items in the package must be used within 60 day time frame when the package expires.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
